Veterinary Innovative Partners (VIP) Rebrand

As the Art Director for Veterinary Innovative Partners, I was tasked with creating a brand that reflected the company’s mission of being a modern, people-first employer. In an industry full of logos inspired by pets’ tails and pawprints, I developed a visual identity centered around a custom “V” mark that subtly resembles a pet’s ear, serving as a nod to the company’s focus on listening to and supporting its people.

In addition to the visual rebrand, I define the overall tone of voice and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels. I led a full website redesign to create a clearer, more user-friendly experience for both candidates and partners. To further support recruitment efforts, I collaborated with Dalton Agency to produce a video that brought our “life-first” values to life, highlighting the company’s commitment to balance, well-being, and culture.
